Transition of support for Xamarin from Microsoft, set for May 1st, 2024.

Following the market developments, we are investing in the new Microsoft platform, which will serve all operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows), and we are starting a new chapter in cross-platform app development with the .NET MAUI platform, which paves a path to a brighter future as the most advanced replacement for Xamarin.

Considering that Microsoft will stop providing security updates and new Android, iOS & Windows versions for our existing versions, we are providing general availability and patch support as follows:

  • General availability and patch support until September 2024.
  • An additional period of limited support until January 2025.

To ensure the capability to download operating system upgrades and new app implementations, you will need to upgrade your Mobile app version to the latest available version 5.6.4. To upgrade, please contact the services consultant who supports you, to begin the app upgrade process.

Please do not proceed with any upgrades to your device’s operating system until the app upgrade is complete.
